Day 5: Goodbye San Diego

We packed up, cleaned up, checked every drawer & under the beds. Dave went out & bought us the softest most delicious Einstein bagels for breakfast & a yogurt parfait for me. I asked Dave if this is what bagels are supposed to taste like?! We're used to grocery store bagels in a bag. Life changing.

Luke impressed us with his drawings of boats in the marina! I love that he drew still life... floating life. He's a talented artist. 

After we got home & unpacked the van we picked up Pretzel from the Dilger's house. He had bitten all of them.  I felt so awful! They had a set of leather gloves by the cage to hold him with. I wanted to hide under a rock. Pretzel, you're making us look bad!
