Thanksgiving and Black Friday

Ryan, Eric, Dave, Leisel, Megan, Mama Linda, Erin, Sterling (missing Tamara, Elliot, Marne) at Eric's house for Thanksgiving. I feel blessed to be part of such an incredible, loving family.

We woke up to a rain storm on Thanksgiving Day! It made the morning so cozy. We finally got that lake in our backyard we've been dreaming about. ;)

Owen especially loved riding Patches around the backyard. Gideon fed him an apple with help from some cousins. That horse is a messy, slobbery eater! 

On Black Friday we thought we'd be brave and visit Best Buy to find a new computer. In 2020 we need to upgrade or some of the systems won't work, something technical like that. Who knows... not me! The lines were wrapped around the store. Dave stood in line like a champ and I took the boys over to check out the Nintendo Switch. Things were at a standstill at the checkout, so by the power of texting, we made our escape without a new computer.

The shopping trip wasn't a total bust, because we visited the pet shop. This fluffy shibu inu looked like a fox pup and we died. His price tag made us die a little inside too. 3k for a puppy? *cough cough wheeze*
