Happy 12th Birthday Owen!

Happy Birthday to our Owen! TWELVE!!! He's been a deacon, passing the sacrament since the beginning of the year.  For his bday he picked out this cherry chocolate chip cake out of a cookbook. We baked it up and ate it up! ;)

Owen didn't want a party or his buddies over.  We hung out as a family and he spent the day enjoying his gifts. He loves his new hoodie. The boy wears a hoodie every day to school. Even in 100+ degree weather. He asked for a Pickle & Cat beanie, a POP! Leonardo Divinci, a pearler bead rocket project & a Mario video game. He also got money from Grandmas and a puzzle game that's like 3D tetris. 

The boys usually make cards for each other. This year Gid made him a crown instead. :) Owen's favorite color is orange so we made sure to hang up orange balloons. 

He's a cutie and even if he is as tall as me now, he's still one of my babies. Forever and ever. :)
