Owen's Quilt

After cutting all of the pieces yesterday, we're ready to sew. I ordered a sewing machine online, not from Amazon. Big mistake. I got SCAMMED. That machine is never showing up. Working on getting our money back. Because of that mess we're borrowing my mom's machine. So far Owen is ironing the seams & I'm piecing the quilt. He did more sewing once the little squares were put together.

*Update* We got our $ back!!

It's looking great & that smile does too. 

It took a few days! His quilt is done & he's so happy with it. 

Tonight we played red light green light in the backyard. Whoever was calling the shots sat in the pool. Things got pretty wild with the boys diving for the win! It was so fun.
