Thankful Tree

Saturday morning, drawing at the kitchen table.

I saw an idea on Pinterest (where else?) for a thankful tree. Gideon painted the leaves, I cut them out. We'll add to it every day until Thanksgiving and maybe even beyond that!

Owen woke up and decided he was going to prove himself worthy of a dog,  his words. He cleaned the backyard, the house, picked up cords, small toys, trash, made a checklist. He was pretty disappointed when we told him no dogs for a while. We were actually planning on buying a puppy from Ryan's dog's litter, but Luke and Owen have been talking back and complaining so badly, we changed our minds. Sorry kiddos.
