Day 2 Lighthouse, Tide Pools, Helicopters

Cabrillo National Monument & Lighthouse.
Lunch subway washed hands
Come back someday to see whales
Beach by belmont
boogie boarding
Dave bought me necklace
G wanted a necklace too so Dave bought him one
L boarded the longest
O went under, scared him
Ralphs groceries
Hotel to shower & nap, watch star wars
Dusk on beach. Helicopters, lots of dogs being walked like 101 dalmatians

Luke said he wants to live in the lighthouse. It was pretty cozy, very much like a tree house or fort, and had a beautiful view of the bay and Mexico!

I thought it was so interesting to see all of the different 'tracks' in the ocean.

Who needs sidewalks?
On our walk back down to the parking lot, Gideon listed off his three favorite animals: "tiger (both varieties, orange & white), hamster, & a baby porcupine."

We drove down to the Point Loma Tide Pools to spend the rest of the morning hunting crabs and shells and poking anemones.

Fun to run through your day 1 and 2 pictures tonight. What a fun place to explore and observe all the sea creatures, play places and nooks and crannies. Looks like you're making some awesome memories! G Mel
