April!

Cute boys in the back seat trying to stay warm! They like to bring the hamster along when we take Luke to school at 7:30am.

Way to go Owen! He won 1st place at Pinewood Derby without us realizing it.  A great way to finish his final year of cub scouts.

I saw Luke put the Book of Mormon in his backpack to read after his AIMS testing this week. I knock heads with him more than our other boys, maybe that's an oldest child thing? I don't know, but I do know he's setting a pretty awesome example for me to follow & it definitely softened my heart. 

  

 Easter Egg hunt at my mom's house! She sent each of the boys on a scavenger hunt with their own clues to follow. The boys loved it!

Down to Tucson for a hike & playing in the creek at Sabino Canyon. Gid made a Hohokam shell necklace with this native contraption. He took to it really quickly and surprised the volunteer. ;) After the hike we played the scariest, darkest game of Laser Tag ever & our last stop before heading home was to a trampoline park.

 

 Gideon was cracking up over how chubby the hamster looked.

 Such a fun 1st grade program!!

Happy Easter! Our wall is full of the Savior's life from Come Follow Me studies this week. We had fluffy bunny pancakes, and the boys were expert basket hunters.
