We had a very low key Thanksgiving this year. Delicious food and sweet little boys to eat it all up. :)
They chose the drink of the night. Gatorades!
Rolls. What an ordeal. I made overnight rolls using whole wheat and they didn't rise. Dave and the boys ran to the store after the turkey bowl to buy rolls in a package... they were not so great. So i made a mad dash an hour before dinner and whipped out these 1-hour dinner rolls and my tummy was much happier. I couldn't NOT have homemade rolls for Thanksgiving.

We started out the morning at the police academy football field to watch Dave play in a turkey bowl against another ward. It was really fun. I brought the boys because I thought they would want to play. Luke got too nervous and thought everyone was staring at him. Owen went out on the field for a minute but just followed Dave around asking what he should do. And Gideon REALLY wanted to play but he was too small.
So we sat and ate chips.
While Gid ran laps. :) Then it started to rain, so we got our tail feathers back to the car and went home to bake bake bake.
