Slip n Slide

Mammie had the genius idea for me to set up a slip n slide in the backyard when i told her whenever i fill up the little pool, all the water goes to the side since our lawn slopes down hill. :) Perfect slip n slide conditions. ;)

Owen's the ring leader when it comes to trying new things. Luke hangs back and gets comfortable with things first before he jumps in and then they both go all out. :) Gideon hasn't really done it yet, but he'll run down the length of it or scoot down on his toosh really slow.

 So we went to a Home Depot and Walmart and Aldi on a slide hunt, and finally ended up with a tarp, some tent stakes, and tear-free baby wash to make it extra slippery. :) They love it. We've already had friends over to play on it. Apparently Dave and I are going to slide this afternoon too, according to Owen. He really wants to see us get out there and play. :)  Careful what you ask for son!!!
