Who loves back to school shopping!?!  Not the clothes part, the SUPPLIES!!!

 We went to Michael's and came home with silly string and sidewalk chalk. :)

 Eating our mile high biscuits and homemade butter for FHE!

 Monday morning we made scripture journals and we've been reading a Friend article or scriptures every morning. The boys will write their thoughts, what scripture we read, and color a picture or cut one out of the Friend to glue into their journal. :) They've been liking it and I've noticed their fighting has cut down a bit when we start our mornings this way. Hopefully we can make this a habit before school starts so we really stick to it.

Owen made a fort and Luke read the boys a story. Really he was trying to get Gideon to stop destroying it. :)

 

Gid is a fan of the sidewalk chalk. :)

If you draw shapes for Gid, he colors them all in until there's no white showing. He'll do that to whole pieces of paper too. ;)

Gideon likes to come into my bed in the morning while I'm reading and he waits for me to get breakfast going. This morning he was humming I'm a Child of God. Cuuuuuuuuuuuute.
